Please refer to the API document for information related to Access token APIs and get details about the API key validity period. The “Get Access Token” request can be used to validate whether the current access token still has access.

The issue occurs because the existing access token has expired.  Generate a new access token to start utilizing the API again. By default, access tokens automatically expire after one year.

Please follow the instructions and recommendations for correcting issues based on the API documentation. If the issue persists, send a request to the Support Team with the error code and other relevant details.

To enable this visibility for users outside of your Fleet, create a user within the Driver•i system with the “Partner” role.

Netradyne has a setup of Webhooks that can post data to customers who can, in turn, integrate it at their end. Refer to Webhooks and API document for information about Webhook subscription.

Netradyne Driver•i API Platform is designed as a set of independent and reusable components. The set of APIs is continuously and rapidly evolving with the latest version available at https://resources.netradyne.com/. Some of the APIs have rate limits, so please reach out to support@netradyne.com to understand what the rate limit is to “pull” data from Netradyne to your system.

Yes, our webhooks and REST APIs can be used to pull specific types of alert data. Please refer the API documentation for more information. 

The videos may take some time to get uploaded from the device and more time might be required to annotate the video. You can make a request to get the alert details using APIs with a specified time to show the videos. You will get an API response with the video in its latest annotated or unannotated state.  

Please work with the Support Team to certify that your application has been integrated in an acceptable manner.

Netradyne does not currently support this.

Yes, we will email you when your access token is about to expire.

Netradyne requires an agreement with any company that accesses a customer’s data through the API. If you would like to provide access to any other company, it is recommended that you submit a request to Netradyne to pursue an integration with that company. For one-off requests, a three-way agreement between Netradyne, the customer, and the third-party may be acceptable.

To get API access, navigate to the Driver•i Store and purchase the desired API bundle. You must then agree to our API terms and conditions. The Support Team will generate an API key and share it with the user through email. One key per client is recommended. 

An API key is mandatory to use an API request. For security reasons, the API key will be generated and shared with users only when they are ready to start consuming the data.

Note: Do not share credentials with unauthorized personnel. This is because client credentials can be used to generate access token, revoke access token, generate new key, invalidate the existing key, etc.
